These are soooo yummy. We made this recipe over the weekend and they did not last in the house more than 3 days. Also tried the fishcake recipe off this same site but it was not picture worthy. Tasty but did not hold together like a patty but instead was more like mashed potatoes with cod. The kiddos and I just did not seem to do very well with the Newfoundland recipes.
