Ice Cream and Breakfast

 These are yummy ice cream sandwich's we also got from the local Asian store. They taste like ice cream cones on the outside. The girls said the inside tasted like chocolate with vanilla ice cream when it is actually a red bean jam with the vanilla ice cream! Yummy.

Mondays breakfast was a chicken broth I made the night before from left over whole chicken and added Jasmine rice to make a soup. In Japan they will usually add a partially cooked egg or not cooked at all, but I chose to do a hard boiled instead! Also added a couple slices of bacon. This breakfast is very filling.
